Pasaloo is an e-commerce platform that allows vendors to create online stores and customers to purchase products. We provide the technical infrastructure to facilitate these transactions.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Vendor Obligations
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and fulfillment. All products sold must comply with local laws and regulations in Nepal. Pasaloo reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through integrated payment gateways like Khalti and eSewa. Pasaloo is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment processor's end. Transaction fees may apply as specified in the vendor agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pasaloo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any transactions conducted through the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on the platform.
